The emotion associated with the Water element is fear. When this element is out of balance we may experience lack of motivation or weakness - Depression & Seasonal Affective Disorder are common.
The Winter Cleanse has been specifically designed to nourish & nurture our Jing or Essence, in particular supporting the kidneys & bladder.

All deliveries will be done without disturbing. If you are able to leave an esky/cold-box at the doorstep we can pop your goodies in that would be much appreciated. This allows us to still run our service as normal during COVID-19 without any face-to-face contact.
